One of my greatest pet peeves is to know that when I patronize a business, I'm helping that business to succeed, but then I am treated (based on the service I receive), that they are instead doing me a favor or that I'm an inconvenience in some way. Customer service can make or break a company. Make sure your team is properly trained to ensure your customers leave fulfilled and spread the good news about the service they receive. Remember, bad news travels much faster than good news, so you must work even harder to ensure each customer has a good experience when they visit your establishment.
